CHILI CON QUESO 
1 (10 oz.) can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes, with green chilies
1 lb. cooked and drained Jimmy Dean sausage
2 lbs. melted Velveeta cheese
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can green chilies

Place Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies and extra diced green chilies in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave until hot. Slice cheese and add to tomato mixture; continue to heat as cheese melts.

Meanwhile, cook sausage until done. Drain and add to tomato and cheese mixture. Serve hot with corn chips. Serves 12.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
