CHILI CON QUESO | |
1 (10 oz.) can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes, with green chilies 1 lb. cooked and drained Jimmy Dean sausage 2 lbs. melted Velveeta cheese 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can green chilies Place Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies and extra diced green chilies in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave until hot. Slice cheese and add to tomato mixture; continue to heat as cheese melts. Meanwhile, cook sausage until done. Drain and add to tomato and cheese mixture. Serve hot with corn chips. Serves 12. |
