CHILI CON QUESO 
1 1/2 lb. American or Velveeta cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped sweet green chilies (Old El Paso brand)
1 (4 oz.) can taco sauce (Old El Paso brand)
2 peppers (jalapeno) or more if you like it hot, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 sm. tomato, chopped

Heat over hot water. Put in fondue pot with low flame to keep cheese melted when served. Great with plain tortilla chips, Triscuits or Melba toast.

For better consistency, use 1/2 pound of Cheddar and 1 pound of American or Velveeta.
