CHILI CON QUESO 
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese (use 1 lb. regular and 1 lb. jalapeno to make
it spicier)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. can chilies

Combine and heat to melt cheese and serve. I put it in a crock pot to keep it warm. But make sure to keep it stirred or it will scorch.
