CHILI CON QUESO 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 can chopped chilies
1 med. onion, chopped
Picante sauce
Milk

Cook hamburger and onion, drain. Add Velveeta in slices with about 2 tablespoons of milk. Add the rest of the ingredients and melt. You can add chili powder and cumin seed if desired.
