1 med. cabbage 1 tsp. oil 1 tsp. salt 1 slice of ham 1/2 - 1 c. water Cut up cabbage in large skillet, add water, oil, salt, and slice of ham (country ham is very good). Turn burner on medium and let cook until all the water has evaporated, then let simmer for about 5 minutes (very good). |
