CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. cabbage, chopped and cooked 8 minutes in salt water
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mild cheese
3 tbsp. bacon grease
3 slices bread crumbled and tossed with
1 stick melted butter

Cook onions and pepper in bacon grease. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish except bread crumbs. Spread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
