WARM COCONUT ICING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 small can evaporated milk
7 oz. coconut

In a large skillet, melt butter in sugar, then pour in milk, stirring slowly until mixed well. Bring to boil and maintain a rolling boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in coconut, then cool to desired consistency. Then pour over cake.
