EASY COCONUT ICING 
1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. powdered sugar

Freeze coconut. Mix sour cream and powdered sugar. Add frozen coconut. Lastly fold in the Cool Whip. This ices a layer cake. Cut the two layers in half as to have four layers. Ice.

Makes a beautiful scrumptious cake.
