BACON MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. cold water or milk
1/4 c. (6 slices) bacon, fried crisp, crumbled

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 medium muffin cups. Mix Bisquick with sugar, egg, milk (water) with fork; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Stir in bacon. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm.
