BACON & CHEDDAR MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 lb. bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheese and bacon until just moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fold in cheese and bacon. Pour into lined muffin tins. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden browned. Cool 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
