BACON AND CHEDDAR MUFFIN 
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled, comes to 2/3 c.

Heat oven 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins. Line muffin pans with cups.

Mix all ingredients (except cheese and bacon) until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fold in cheese and bacon. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.
