BACON & CHEDDAR MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled

Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups. Mix all ingredients, except cheese and bacon, just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Fold in cheese and bacon. Divide batter among muffin cups. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes

Add the cooking temp to the recipe. I do 400°F, but someone might wonder. I use bacon bits and it works great. Real bacon, not the fake-o stuff. The ones at Aldi are the best. Leaner than others, and crazy cheap.
