BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
6 potatoes, med. size
6 pats butter
6 sm. onions or 3 med. onions
Salt and pepper to taste
6 pieces aluminum foil large enough to wrap pork chops, potatoes, and onions in

Place one pork chop on each piece of foil. On top of pork chop, put one thinly sliced potato and one small sliced onion or 1/2 of medium onion. Put one pat of butter on top of all and salt and pepper to taste.

Wrap tightly in foil and place on cookie sheet or broiler pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.

To round out a good quick meal, serve with a green tossed salad and light dessert.
