GRAHAM MARSHMALLOW ROLL 
6 graham crackers
7 marshmallows
2 tbsp. thin cream
1/2 c. dates
1/2 c. nuts

Crush graham crackers, reserve 1/3 of the crumbs. Use remainder, add dates, cut fine; marshmallows, cut fine; nuts and thin cream. Mix and form into roll and cover with reserve of graham crackers. Roll in waxed paper, place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Slice and serve with whipped cream.
