MOTHER'S MARSHMALLOW ROLL 
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1/2 c. sweet cream
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. English walnut pieces
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Graham crackers

Soak marshmallows in cream. Roll crackers and walnut pieces. Mix all ingredients together (by hand) and mold into 2 1/2" to 3 " diameter roll. Let set at least 3 hours before serving.

Cut into slices. Serve with Cool Whip whipped cream. (This can be wrapped in a damp towel and then in aluminum wrap and stored for some time in refrigerator.) Good holiday dessert.
