HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 onion, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can consomme
1 med. can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. barley
4 c. water
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. seasoning salt
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt

Simmer 3 hours on low heat. Half with lid on and half with lid off.
