EASY COLD PASTA SALAD 
1 pkg. pasta and vegetable blend mix or:
1 lb colored rotini pasta, cooked al denté combined with:
10 oz. frozen mixed finely chopped vegetables of your choice

Cook as on the package and drain.

1 bottle poppy seed or sesame ginger dressing

The pasta and vegetable blend can be found in the freezer section of the supermarket. If you prefer, you can make your own by combining frozen vegetables and pasta and adding your own seasoning (finely chopped red bell peppers, minced garlic, pinch each oregano, basil and thyme, etc).

Pour 2 cups dressing over pasta and vegetables; stir lightly to mix. Refrigerate overnight.
