SKILLET DINNER 
1 lg. apple, diced
1/2 lb. sweet sausage
1-2 cans sauerkraut
3-4 tbsp. sour cream

Cook sausage in skillet; drain on paper towels. Leave 1 spoonful of grease in skillet. Add apple and sauerkraut (which has been rinsed and drained). Fry on low heat until lightly browned and apple is cooked. Lightly combine sausage and sour cream with mixture and serve. Serves 4.
