BREAKFAST FOR DINNER 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 hard boiled eggs
2 1/2 - 3 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
Sausage drippings
Salt and pepper

Brown sausage in heavy iron skillet until done, bite sized bits. Peel and slice eggs. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Add to reserved sausage drippings until nice and brown. Add milk and cook until bubbling hot. Add sausage bits and sliced eggs. Serve over homemade biscuits.
