1 slice rye bread 2 tbsp. reduced calorie Thousand Island salad dressing Toast the slice of rye bread. Spread the toasted bread with the Thousand Island salad dressing. 1 (1 oz.) slice mozzarella cheese 1/4 c. sauerkraut, rinsed, drained & snipped Place corned beef, mozzarella cheese and sauerkraut atop the toasted bread slice. Place the sandwich, bread side down, on a piece of foil. Bring foil up and around sandwich to seal. |
