CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
10 oz. Oreo cookies, crushed (use whole cookie)
3/4 c. butter, melted
4 oz. German Sweet Chocolate
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 gallon chocolate chip mint ice cream (softened)

Reserve 2/3 cup crushed Oreo. Mix remaining Oreos with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press in 9 x 13 pan. Chill.

Melt chocolate, add 1/2 cup butter, sugar and evaporated milk. Boil over medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla, cool. Spread over crust. Chill in freezer until set. Spread ice cream over chocolate layer. Sprinkle reserved Oreos over top. Freeze.
