CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
1/2 lb. chocolate sandwich cookies (12 to 14 cookies)
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 sq. chocolate, melted
3/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
8 marshmallows, cut up
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. colored after-dinner mints

Crush sandwich cookies and press 2/3 of the crumbs into a 9 inch square pan. Cream together the butter, powdered sugar, eggs and melted chocolate and mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Spread this over the cookies.

For the third layer, fold marshmallows, nuts, vanilla and mints into whipping cream and spread over the chocolate layer. Top with the remaining cookie crumbs and chill for at least 12 hours before serving.
