CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT
(BROWNIES)
 
LAYER 1:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 beaten eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. Hershey chocolate syrup

Mix and pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool for 2 to 3 hours.

LAYER 2:
2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. creme de menthe
1/2 c. butter

Mix and spread over cake (thick).

LAYER 3:
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Mix and melt glaze. Spread over cake, refrigerate.
