MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM

1 row Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 gallon mint chocolate chips ice cream
1 tbsp. butter
Crisco

Crush cookies either in a blender or with a meat mallet in a plastic bag. Add butter and mash together. Form a crust with this in a well greased pie tin. (Reserve some crumbs to sprinkle on top of pie.) Bake pie crust at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Let ice cream get soft and pour it into crust. Sprinkle top with remaining crumbs. Place in freezer. Serve when hardened.
