CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
20 Oreo cookies, crushed
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 lg. can fudge sundae topping
1/2 gal. mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Remove ice cream from freezer to let soften slightly while preparing the crust. Place crushed Oreo's in a 13x9 pan and mix with melted butter. Spread over bottom of pan. Pour fudge topping over this (you usually need to heat to get it thin enough to pour and spread).

Slice ice cream and place over topping. Frost with Cool Whip. You can garnish with a little fudge topping or chocolate curls if you want. Store in freezer.
