CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
3/4 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed coarse
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 gallon softened mint ice cream
1 can Hershey's fudge topping
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
Grated chocolate
Oreo crumbs

Combine Oreo crumbs and butter. Pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread ice cream over crumbs. Freeze, top with Hershey's fudge topping. Let freeze a short while, top with Cool Whip.

Sprinkle with: chocolate Oreo crumbs, chopped maraschino cherries, nuts, etc.

I also change the flavor of the ice cream.
