SMOTHERED STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
1 egg
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 lg. chopped onions
1 lg. bell pepper
1 c. milk
Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder)

In skillet, mix tomatoes, paste, onions, pepper and seasonings. Cook 3 minutes. Dip steak in egg and milk and roll in flour. Brown steak in small amount of oil. Put steak in sauce. Cover and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
