SU SU'S SMOTHERED STEAK 
1 round steak
1 c. mushroom bits & pieces, don't drain
1 c. onion soup
Salt, pepper, oil & flour

Brush round steak lightly with oil and dust with flour. Season to taste. Place flat on aluminum foil in baking dish. Turn up edges of foil to cradle steak. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees until flour is no longer white and powdery. Do not turn. Remove from oven and pour mushrooms and soup on top of steak. Bake another 35 to 45 minutes until juice is gravy-like consistency.
