PASTOR DORIS'S SMOTHERED STEAK 
Round steak
McCormick's Lemon and Herb seasoning
Large onion
Large can of mushrooms, sliced

Cut and trim steak of all fat and gristle. Cut into small pieces. Generously season with the lemon and herb seasoning. Let set a few minutes. Dredge the seasoned steak pieces in flour. Fry fast, until browned on both sides. (Only use a small amount of oil for frying). When all the steak is browned, layer it with sliced onions and the mushrooms. Add 1/4 cup of water over all and turn down on low, simmer mushrooms. Add 1/4 cup of water over all and turn down on low simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Serve. Your family will love it.
