MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple, unsweetened
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 lg. eggs

Beat well and pour into 13"x9" greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat well and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.
