MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. nuts

Beat eggs well. Add sugar gradually. Add flour and soda. Add pineapple and nuts. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 lg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Frost cake when totally cooled.
