MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
2 beaten eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, unsweetened
2 c. sugar - 1 brown, 1 white
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix by hand 1 ingredients at a time. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together, ice cake when cooled.
