2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs, beaten 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. nuts, chopped Mix in order given by hand. Bake 35 to 45 minutes in 9 x 13 inch greased pan at 350 degrees. FROSTING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients for frosting, mix well. Frost cake. |
