MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. nuts, chopped fine (walnuts, pecans, whatever)

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix with mixer until creamy and spread.
