MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
20 oz. can unsweetened, undrained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients in order by hand. Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch pan, add mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool then frost.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend all above together.
