EASY CHEESECAKE 
2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg separated
2 tsp. lemon juice, optional

Spray bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Spread 1 package crescent rolls on bottom of pan making seams meet.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk until well blended. Spread over crescent dough.

Place second package of crescent rolls over cheese mixture gently trying to make seams meet. Beat egg white and brush over top crust. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool and refrigerate. Cut in small squares.
