3 (8 oz. each) pkg. of cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1-1/3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 roll of Pillsbury crescent rolls
cinnamon powder, for sprinkling

Spray 13 x 9 x 2 pan with a little non-stick cooking spray, take a paper towel and wipe around the pan.

Beat first 4 ingredients together, then beat in 5 eggs, one at a time; after each beating until well mixed. Spread crescent rolls in bottom of pan. Pour ingredients on top of crescent rolls, sprinkle top of mixture with cinnamon before baking.

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Sometimes it cracks and sometimes it doesn't.
