POTATO SOUP | |
5 or 6 lg. potatoes 1 lg. onion 3 or 4 stalks celery Cook together in enough water to cover, until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 qt. half and half 1/2 stick butter 1 pkg. instant potatoes Cook potatoes, celery, onion together until tender. Mash not real well. Leave some potatoes cubed. Add all together other ingredients. Mix well and cook until boiling. Add instant potatoes. Stir until thick as you like. Can use more if you like it thick. |
