POTATO SOUP 
7 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
1 or 2 carrots
1 lg. stalk celery (sm. pieces)
1 qt. of milk (or more)
Salt & pepper for the taste

Peel and dice potatoes. Dice onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until soft. Add milk and bring it to a boil and add flour and milk mixture to make thick. Add parsley (fresh or dried). For thick mixture, you may use cornstarch and water - 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1 cup water. Mix together and pour in boiled milk (slowly).
