STEAK AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. round steak
4 lg. potatoes
4 carrots
1 lg. onion
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can milk (soup can)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat steak to about 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into pieces. Flour each side and brown about 15 minutes. Slice potatoes and carrots about 1/2-inch thick. Chop onion and add. Add mushroom soup and milk and mix well. Place steak and potato mixture in large pan and cook about 1 hour.
