SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 (12 oz.) Ricotta or 1 lb. creamed Cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, drained
1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella
1/2 lb. uncooked lasagne noodles, broken in half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Beat eggs; add Ricotta or Cottage cheese, spinach, salt and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

Lightly grease 13x9 inch baking dish. Cover with a little sauce. Layer noodles, half the cheese and spinach mixture, half the Mozzarella cheese and half the spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers, sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover dish with lightly greased foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until noodles are tender. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting in squares and serve.
