SPINACH LASAGNE 
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
2 sm. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Lasagne noodles, uncooked
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper.

In greased 9x13 inch pan, layer 1/2 cup sauce, layer of noodles, all of cheese mixture. Top with noodles and rest of sauce. Top with 1/2 cup cheese. Pour water around edges. (Do not cook noodles.) Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
