SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella for topping
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked

Mix together all ingredients except the spaghetti sauce and the lasagna noodles.

In a greased 9x13 inch pan, layer 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/3 of the uncooked lasagna noodles, and half of the cheese mixture. Repeat twice. Top with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.

Pour 1 cup water mixed with remainder of spaghetti sauce around edge and on noodles. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes for firm up. Cut and serve.
