SPINACH LASAGNA 
Lasagna noodles
1 egg
8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (reserve some to sprinkle over top)
1 lb. reg. or lg. curd cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
32 oz. tomato sauce

Combine egg, Mozzarella cheese (reserve some for top), cottage cheese, spinach (thawed and well drained) and spices.

Layer tomato sauce, uncooked noodles, cheese mixture, ending with cheese mixture. Sprinkle reserved Mozzarella on top. Pour a little less than 1/2 cup of water into one end of pan - then a little less than 1/2 cup into the other end.

Seal well with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Tends to drip.
