CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (9 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafers, crushed
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. rum extract
Chocolate decorator sprinkles

Place chocolate chips in top of a double boiler, bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Remove from heat. Add chocolate wafer crumbs and next 4 ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill 30 minutes.

Shape mixture into 1 inch balls; roll lightly in chocolate sprinkles. Chill until firm. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Makes about 7 dozen.
