CHOCOLATE RUM BALLS | |
12 oz. vanilla wafers, crushed 1 c. finely chopped pecans 1 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1/3 c. light rum 1/3 c. light corn syrup 1/2 c. powdered sugar Stir vanilla wafers, pecans, 1 cup powdered sugar, and cocoa together. Stir in rum and corn syrup. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in remaining powdered sugar. Serve. |
