CHOCOLATE NUT BALLS 
1 can (6 oz.) evaporated milk
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers (about 64)
1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. brandy or orange juice

In heavy saucepan (2 quarts) cook undiluted milk and chocolate over medium heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Add crushed wafers, sugar, 1/2 cup nuts and orange juice; mix well. Let stand 30 minutes. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in nuts or coconut.

Note: If using orange juice, add 1 teaspoon orange extract for additional flavor.
