CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
6 jumbo eggs, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. plain flour
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
3 sticks butter

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Cream sugar, cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add eggs two at a time and beat well (about 2 or 3 minutes after each). Add vanilla and lemon flavoring and mix well. Turn mixer on fold or lowest setting and add flour and mix until well blended. Pour in well greased and floured tube pan. Cook 1 1/2 hour at 300 degrees. Adjust oven up or down. I cook mine on 300 for 30 minutes and then turn down to 250 for 1 hour.
