STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. diced celery sauteed lightly
1 c. chopped oysters
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. oysters liquor
1/4 c. diced onions
1 c. crabmeat
2 eggs

Combine all dry ingredients with crabmeat, oysters and eggs. Mix as you would any bread stuffing. Place about 1 cup of stuffing between two pork chops and bake on a greased baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with brown sauce. Serves 4.
