MUCHO NACHOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
4 c. Monterey Jack/cheddar cheese
1/2 c. lettuce
2 tomatoes
1/2 c. jalapeno slices
1 pkg. tortilla chips

Prepare ground beef and taco seasoning as called for on package. Turn oven to broil; place chips on large plate and sprinkle half of cheese on top; put in oven on top rack; melt cheese; place ground beef mixture over chips and cheese, sprinkle lettuce, then tomatoes, then remainder of cheese on top; place jalapeno slices on top; put back in oven to melt cheese; serve with extra chips.
